Fall Volleyball Bash – For starters, Escargot Bourgonione in puff pastry, and Seafood Bisque. Main courses will be: Steamed Black Mussels with garlic butter & white wine over liguini, Pan Seared Baby Lamb Chops, mint jelly, & Meatloaf with red skinned mashed potatoes & gravy. Desserts include Tiramisu, Key Lime Pie, Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie, and Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake.
BBQ Night – Sun – Delicious smoked BBQ entrees available only on Sundays, featuring Pork Shoulder, Spare Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Beef Brisket, and more
